Search Recent Home Sales In Your Neighborhood

This is really a neat web link!  After you fill in your address and contact information, you are taken to a web site that will show you a map of the area around the address you gave with house icons indicating which homes are recent sales.  The data is culled from county records so is not always "up-to-the-minute" and also shows data older than is helpful for current market conditions.  And, it is not detailed enough to be a complete market analysis or CMA (Competitive Market Analysis); but on the whole, it is very helpful for getting an idea of home values.  You can click on the "View Sample Home Sales" on the right of this paragraph to get an example of what you will view.  You can also play around and look at different addresses for comparison purposes.
